I never received my order
I never received my order. I have reached out to their customer service and never heard back either. I will never purchase from them again. Edit: They only reached out to me after I left a review. They told me the item I ordered was no longer available and to pick something else at the same price point. Well no kidding it’s not available it took nearly TWO MONTHS for someone to get back to me. THIS is not solving the issue. I want a refund, not other merchandise from a company I can’t trust that probably won’t show up either…

Fake and unprofessional
I would give it a zero if that was an option....DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!! Absolutely fake. I have been in communication for months trying to get my money back as my outfit that I spent 250 dollars on...NEVER CAME. They email back asking for address and then ignore you completely... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THIS SITE IS NOT REAL. THEY WILL 100% SCREW YOU OVER!!! I promise, don't make the same mistake I did.

A lack of communication and untimely shipping
frankly when this email hit my inbox i was awestruck at the audacity to ask for a review at all. my product was ordered on may 7th and the last update was may 26th since then it’s just been AWOL no updates from shop.com no updates from the store no email. nothing. now im out 20$ and sat looking stupid with nothing to show for it
