I ordered a gift for my nephew mid July was suppose to come beginning of August. The package was suppose to be delivered and stated it was delivered when I was home at 2am, not a peep from my dogs. I messaged Alphaweebs immediately and didnt get a response back until end of Sept. Stating that it was a mess up on their site that they never had the item would I like to order something else and when I stated I wanted a refund this is all via chat bots no response again.

I give 00000. Took my money and didn't send the item I purchased. Then to make it seem like you sent it, it went to Colorado when I am in Las Vegas, NV. When asked to refund me due to this you ignored my request. Now 3 months too late you claim that you couldn't find my order number so this is why you are 3 months behind in even acknowledging me. I want my money back.

I ordered a big dragon ball z light spere and instead I got little dragon ball z speres with no light or way to display them I was so disappointed in my purchase

i received some items of decent quality. it's the type of design that'll come off in the wash. im still waiting on my 2 gojo crop tops from idk march??? i emailed back and forth repeatedly and could provide the entire transcription. absolutely disgraceful, go on etsy or something these people still havent given me items ive paid for. the shipping links dont work. they falsely said it was delivered. you wont be able to track your package more than likely. it's all unlicensed merch so idk why i expected better. ETA: i saw your response and this is a complete lie. it has not been shipped. you emailed me back saying "Ok I will check and let you know." when I pointed out that I NEVER GOT SOME OF MY ITEMS or a refund. ???? you people are sick

Great product! Only reason it's not five stars is because its not as big as i thought itd be.

Cause you sent me the wrong item And wouldn't give me a refund when I asked multiple times for one and what shows on your page as the item did not come as the item so I'd like a refund but you wouldn't give

I'm still waiting for my order, it may say it was delivered but it definitely wasn't as well I got sent the wrong sizes per the explanation it gave me to the size differences. I have been trying to go over with you guys regarding when I'll be getting the rest of my order and how I can send back what was sent incorrectly. I may have been emailed stating that this issue will be taken care of personally, there still has been a major short of information on if ill be getting my full order fixed, sent and how long that would take. I dont appreciate when I spend quite an extensive amount on something to one not receive everything and two for them to be the wrong size from what explanations I have got from. I have sent the email, and will be waiting for the tracking number, i do appreciate the reply to my review, however, for the time being the review won't change until everything has been actually taken care of. Thank you and ill be waiting for my items in the proper sizes.
