Alpha Paw IncReviews of alphapaw.com

This company and their customer service is outstanding. Very courteous and helpful, thank you!

Great Company. Warranty issue was 100% 👍👍👏👏

I get the magic pee pads which I love for my 2 Morkies. I live next to a wooded area with lots of large animals so the boys use the pads. Many times I’ve had to contact Alpha Paws customer service because I’ve forgotten my password or can’t figure out how to do something or to just ask if they carry certain pet items I want to give as gifts. Every single time they get back to me, are so nice and answer my questions or take care of any issue I have! Love these people!

My boy Archie had spinal surgery and can now walk but cannot jump. Alpha Paw, and this ramp specifically, was recommended to me by my veterinarian. This is a quality product and has given Archie access to things he did not have before.

Alpha Paw has the best customer service! You send an email to ask a question about anything, and the support team responds quickly, always making sure they offer options that will make the customer happy. I recommend Alpha Paw wholeheartedly based on their top notch customer service and the excellent quality of the products I have received. My dogs love their ramps.

Our baby girl Bijou is a pro at USING HER SPECIAL PEE PADS !!! We as parents love them as well!!!

Product is Good quality!!! I had a problem & they helped me immediately !

This was my first purchase with Alphapaw and I am very pleased with the product and service. The shipping was quick and the pet ramp is perfect for my 13 year old cat who is not able to jump on the bed as easily as he used to. It is incredibly sturdy, unlike the turned-over suitcase I tried to MacGuyver into a step for him. It is well worth the price and I recommend.
