All in all, it was great! The only hic-up was the lack of information about my order coming in 2 boxes. When only 1 came I thought I missing a whole bunch of things!!!! Customer Service was awesome but knowing this ahead of time would have avoided any confusion

Delivery was prompt and arrived in good shape. The only gripe I have is having to put the roller devices in the shade without clear directions. I think they should be pre-assembled so all you had todo was put up the holders and insert the shades. Otherwise, the product seems great. Haven't actually used it yet so don't know as to durability.

It’s a great set ,but directions were stupid . It had letters but really didn’t tell you how to put it together.

Customer service was great, had an issue with my order and got a response right away through text and email. My sectional came in and was easy to put together, pillows you will need to add more since the ones that come with it are not fluffy enough. Overall its a nice piece and not overpriced at all.

The sail is great, good quality. My only complaint is that when you pull the four corners tightly, there is a sag that comes from the middle sides. Not sure how you can fix this other than putting 2x more ties from the middle sides. Other than that, it was a good deal.

I got my order within reasonable time the quality of my patio furniture is definitely nice however though reviews were extremely accurate the product was very hard to put together but once it's put together I am enjoying it. I would buy other things from them they seem reputable.

Great sectional for the price. On the smaller side, but I have a tiny backyard. Really looks good and pretty comfortable
