This company is shady and almost impossible to work with. Even with an allowance for longer delivery times due to Covid-19, I waited 14 days before cancelling my order. The item was still sitting at their facility...FedEx confirmed to me that they had not yet picked it up. Despite Alphamart's website telling me they had 24/7 customer service, 4 days went by before they emailed me to tell me my order was on the way. I attempted to stop the shipment, but FedEx would only cancel it at Alphamarts request. I then asked Alphamarts to halt the shipment and they told me they were not going to try to find my item on the truck! As it stands now, I have to wait until FedEx brings my order, refuse the delivery and then wait for my refund. They have had my money for 19 days. The item is supposed to arrive 5 days from now. By the time I send it back and wait for my money back, they will have had my money for a month and a half! Do not do business with this company!

Horrible!! Ordered chairs on 4/26/20 of “in stock” item. Promised delivery date of 5/1-5/6. As of 5/13/20 they cannot tell when my chairs will be delivered only that they have been shipped! I only get a response by email once a day and that usually comes in the middle of the night. They are blaming Fed Ex, but ultimately they promised the date and have not delivered. I understand with COVID19 that delivery times could be altered, but no updates and communication limited to 1 email response each night is unacceptable. I have provided my phone number each time and asked for a call back with no response. I ordered through Amazon and to this day for the same chairs, it say they would arrive in 8 days which is false advertising!! I would recommend you looking elsewhere for furniture unless you have plenty of time to wait without any updates. I plan to refuse the shipment when it finally arrives as I have found suitable chairs that are scheduled for delivery to me today 5/12/20

Terrible customer service. Did not ship the order even after 10 days of placing the order and customer service kept on providing one excuse after another. Will never do business with this company again. They are based in China and US customer service person sends all your queries to China customer service person who then responds with meaningless information next day. Terrible Terrible,

Product, wide zero chair.. okay BUT NOT FOR ME. would be for heavy set person with strong hands/wrists to operate the locks. Seat depth is front to back is only for very large person. Operation of chair is either sit or recline unless use LOCKS AT ANY INTERVAL..VERY INCONVENIENT.. Have tried 3+ emails to receive RETURN ADDRESS as do not want it.. but they keep trying to pacify the situation even trying to get me to send " photos,, FOR WHAT, for Pete sake?? JUST SEND ME THE BLASTED RETURN ADDRESS so can get it to UPS !!! Am contacting my credit car company to get HELP at this point. ! I'm 90 yrs old & they have caused me Way too much stress!!

NEVER again will I consider it. The product was not want was described.

the worst customer service ever sent wrong product then tried to tell me it was right label even said it was wrong lost work because of it will never use again this is a real review not one of their phony ones

I have used this item TWICE and it is already broken!! Waste of money

Product is not what I ordered and came with the wrong directions so it is impossible to put together. I have contacted multiple people for assistance and no one has called me back.
