Stay away from this company. Warning! I spent $800 on a patio table and 4 chairs and 2 weeks later received 4 chairs. I have been waiting for 2 more weeks for the rest of my order.They do not answer the phone and the only email reply is a auto generated email with no details. WARNING!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS THEM AND THEY DESERVE 0 STARS

HOLY S**T... sometimes its just better to pay an extra $20. This company is hilarious. I ordered some patio furniture and waited 2-3 weeks for it to show up. Then only half the couches showed up (half the nuts and bolts) then I emailed them and they gave me some CRAZY excuse about fed ex policy is that they can only take one box at a time basically. Haha! Come on guys get it together. Just better to order thru somewhere else Ps: still waiting on the second box

I bought a table and chairs set over a month ago . The chairs arrived with no table . Customer service is no help and since part of the order came they are saying I received it. There is no tracking for the table although they can clear see the 4th piece with the tracking number was never picked up from them to be delivered. Now I need to fight payment but since I received part of the delivery they say it is my cost to return the chairs which are heavy and expensive. . I have written reviews in their website that all get taken down immediately. Worst company. Scam

They are lying when it comes to shipment (nothing after three weeks) and don’t answer to emails. I agree to the other reviews: don’t order here - worst Onlineshop experience for me in the US so far.

I have not received my chair and it has been a month. They are blaming I t on Fed Ex but they have not even received the package yet. They lie and are trying to keep my money. Stay away.

Alphamart is Horrible!! I ordered patio furniture from them a month ago. this was an in stock item. after two weeks from not hearing from them and trying to contact someone from Alphamart, they send me an email stating its on its way. i call fed ex and they claim they never picked up the item. i canceled my order by email several times. then they send me a new Fed Ex tracker saying its on its way. costumer service is horrible! no return calls or emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALPHAMART!!

Placed an order for "in stock chairs" 11 days ago, charged my card, assigned FedEx tracking and nothing else has happened. Chairs have not moved, FedEx does not have them yet. Keep getting same lame response to be patient with no additional detail as to whether or when they will move or when they wil be delivered.
