Our outdoor dining set was everything we wanted. One of the chairs had a minor flaw and the company did their very best to replace the seat so instead opted to sent us a brand new set of chairs. The company was very prompt responding to us and went out of their way to help us.

Received our product with all items there. Found one arm had a dent in it. Sent pic to company with part number. Got an immediate reply. Wrong art was sent. More pics and they sent correct part. Customer service was EXCELLENT.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of the PHI VILLA 5 piece patio dining set. I had an initial problem in that one of the chairs did not sit flat on the floor but the people at PHI VILLA were very cooperative and supplied me with replacements so that I now have a complete set that I are happy with. I strongly recommend the dining set.

Ordered an outdoor umbrella with lights. I was missing some hardware so I contacted your company. I got a response the very next day and in no time the hardware was replaced. Very excellent customer service and your employees that interacted with me through e-mails were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thank you and aloha!

Ordered a patio set. I am very happy with the quality. Assembly was very easy. Shipping took a while but that was mostly due to Covid and delays. Also ordered a double umbrella and it is huge! Customer Support was also very helpful when i made inquiries on my purchases. Very happy with my purchases.

I ordered two of these chairs. Love them! When I put them together I noticed a little slit in one of them in the seat. I emailed the company and was responded to immediately by Cheryl (Alpha Mart Holdings LLC). She told me they would send me another seat part and that is exactly what they did. I received it the other day in good shape! Thanks so much! I appreciate it!

We ordered chairs and a table for our backyard. Price for the quality of the furniture was very good and we were kept informed of the status of the shipment. But most importantly, the table was damaged during shipment and it was very easy to get a replacement thru their customer service!!

The 4 patio chairs we purchased from AlphaMarts are of excellent quality. They arrived at our home when promised and the packaging was great! We are very pleased to have made this purchase.
