I bought six chairs and a table. One of the chairs was welded wrong. I notified the company by email and they immediately rectified the problem by sending another chair. The chair arrived immediately. This company has GREAT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! I would definitely do business again here.

I had one of those orders that just kept going south at no ones fault no matter what we did for 5 weeks. But. Thank God the girls in the customer service department that I worked with were as tenacious as needed and I finally received my second chair. I can not thank them enough for their professionalism, willingness to work hard to help and their effort to keep me updated on my order. I thank them here.

My experience with Alpha Mart customer service was excellent. I used their email option to report that one of the two spring chairs I ordered required a replacement leg part. I received a reply the same day informing me that the part had to be ordered from the factory. When they realized that the part wasn’t available, they apologized for the delay and opted to send me two replacement chairs. This solution was obviously way beyond any expectation. Great customer service! Love the chairs!

I ordered an office chair and had a few concerns. The company definitely made things rights. I also loved the professionalism of this company. The chair is amazing. I had a cheap plastic chair and it wasn’t good for my back and decided to order a nice office chair. This purchase did not disappoint. I’m a heavier woman and I had more than enough room in the chair. I also love the massage feature. It feels amazing on my back. Hands down, this chair won’t disappoint.

The Sophia & William Electric Massage Gun is a good product. I have trouble with shoulder and upper back pain, especially when I’m on a computer for a long time. This massage gun helps get down deep to allievate the pain.
