Alphamarts.comReviews of alphamarts.com

I'm not sure why people are giving bad reviews about this site. I ordered 4 sling chairs, sure the shipping took a bit long than Amazon or wayfair but still came within 2 weeks of ordering. I was lery about the quality when I first ordered, because they were about $100 dollars cheaper than everywhere else I looked when buying a pair, but after putting them together, they are a pretty good quality item, as good as the ones we bought from Big Lots about 4 years ago. I will continue to buy off this site and I will definitely recommend!

I bought an item on your website that stopped working correctly after 9 months. I contacted customer service in hopes of getting a replacement or a refund. I was very impressed with the promptness and efficiency of the customer service representative, Tiffany. I now have my new item and I’m very happy!

I am very pleased with customer service. The original table was received with a crack in the table top. After a few pictures and email the table was replaced. Great product. Great customer service!

Original product was faulty but this company stayed true to their word and although it took many months due to the pandemic they came through! Very happy with product and customer service was excellent!

I just want to say that this company has great communication and went above and beyond to make a happy customer. My item was damaged and I ordered it off of Wayfair and Wayfair wasn’t able to help me with the damaged items since they were assembled already but Alpha Mart was able to not only get me the pieces I needed replaced and I offered to pay for it, but they said it wasn’t necessary and they sent me out the parts free of charge. You now have a customer for life!! Thank you

I received my sofa with a piece bent so that it wobbled. I contacted customer service who responded within a day and helped me address where the problem was. They then sent me a replacement piece. Excellent customer service!

Great patio chairs, easy to assemble

We contacted Alphamarts to let them know our firepit arrived without the hardware. They reached out to us immediately and did everything to correct the issue. Although there was a delay in receiving the hardware, they were in contact with us every step of the way. We have now received the hardware and look forward to purchasing more items from Alphamarts.
