I ordered a 3 Piece Rattan swivel rocker. When we received our order, the rattan was unwrapped from the base. After a couple of emails, we were sent a replacement part. Very pleased with the quality and the customer service.

This product is great! It works perfectly for me and my whole family enjoys it!

Had purchased a hammock and the main support was bent on arrival. Called customer support and was told the part would be replaced and take 10-14 days to receive. In 2 days the replacement part came, from China. Great support. TY

I ordered 2 bar chairs and recieved them quickly. One bar chair leg was bent and I had to contact customer service via email. Customer Service was great, they figured out what part I needed and quickly shipped it to me. I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased a patio table and the first one had a manufacturing flaw. I contacted Alphamarts and they replaced it immediately. Very nice table and very nice people to work with. Leonard Taylor

This is my first time purchasing from this company. I bought a 3-piece patio bistro set that was on sale. It arrived fairly quickly and it was 90% put together, except the little side table, which didn't take long at all. Good quality furniture. Shipping box was a little damaged and I was surprised that the products weren't damaged because there was no packaging inside to protect the pieces. But, nothing was broken! Love the set! I contacted Customer Service asking about the warranty since there was no information in the manual about it and I received a reply within a day. Fantastic!

Excellent online customer service. I purchased a 5 piece patio set and and I received it within two weeks after purchased. Unfortunately one chair has a factory defect and right away I emailed customer service right away and I attached a photo and a video of the defective chair. After few communications, i received a replacement chair within a week. I am a happy customer.

I ordered a patio umbrella. It is 9ft by 15ft and comes with a base. I followed a link from another site that offered a discount with a code. I used the code but the system did not take the code. I made one email, ONE, to their custome service and was answered within hours. They made arrangements to refund me what was owed, the price difference, once I had received the package and was satisfied. The item arrived and I'm very happy with it. One follow up email and my refund is on its way. Great service.
