We took our new 13 x 13 canopy to the beach. The wind caught it before we could get it completely setup and bent three of the support rods. I contacted Alphamarts about buying three support rods. They were great to work with and sent us a complete new canopy. Customer service was quick, responsive and great.

I had a problem with the touchscreen on a electric massage gun that I just received. I sent an e-mail to Alphamarts and they responded quickly with troubleshooting tips and after all avenues were exhausted, sent a new unit. Both the product and company I would recommend highly

Purchased a 7pc patio dining set. One seat back was damaged. Contacted customer service and they started the process for a replacement. Received a replacement in a short time. Quick response and gave me a tracking number to follow. Chair fixed in time for family get-together. Great job.

I ordered a 3 piece rattan swivel rocker set. I received one box about 2 weeks ahead of estimated delivery date. The box only contained half the necessary parts. I contacted tje company and was assured that even though the shipment was marked as complete, another box was on its way. I received it a day ir two later. All was great until we got to the second chair and discovered a hole in one of the suspension parts was miss drilled and we couldn't use it. I again contacted the company who immediately sent a replacement part that arrived in anout a week. Set is now assembled and is beautiful! Seems to be good quality. I would highly recommend this company and their products. Great customer service!

I purchased 4 bar high stools for my Deck, they were shipped in 2 boxes, 1 order, 1 box was delivered to the address I gave Alphamarts, but the other one was delivered hundred's miles away and marked delivered and signed for by the shipping company (no name but wears brown) so I called the shipping company and got the run-around, so I called Alphamarts customer service, told them the problem and they said no problem and sent me out 2 chairs and I had them in 2days, I was so relieved because the shipping company said they would have to do a investigation and would take up to 8 days. Alphamarts kept there word, if you have a promblem just call and we will fix it! I am happy with my chairs and very happy with the service of their customer service.

Our order was for 2 umbrellas. Both are superior quality in both materials used in construction and ease of on site build. Shipping to the Midwest was 5 days for 2 very large packages.

Very nice and helpful employees. I enjoy my little computer chair...just what I wanted for my apartment...size and price. Had one little problem and with all their help it was resolved quickly and courteously.
