Yvonne (Alpha Mart Holdings LLC) Were excellent when we bought a patio table and we’re happy with the appearance and assembly was simple which is a blessing in our household. There was a very small chip on the top and a small area which had begun to rust which concerned us so I sent pictures to the company and they immediately replied which again is amazing after so many times being ignored by other companies and they immediately offered a replacement table which we were delighted with. The replacement has arrived in just a couple of days. I feel a valued customer and really appreciate the way they dealt with our issues. Thank you Yvonne (Alpha Mart Holdings LLC).

I did LOTS of research before buying the PHI VILLA Padded Zero Gravity Chair with Cup Holder. This chair had the best reviews (except for the cup holder part). And the best price was through Alphamart's . I have scoliosis and a variety of other pain causing spinal issues and this chair provides real relief! (I do need a little rolled towel for the small of my back but, hey, I would need that for an expensive zero gravity chair as well.) It does take a little practice to learn how to move backwards - you need to coordinate leaning back with pushing on the footrest bar - but it's easy once you get the hang of it. It accommodates my 5'4" frame and my husband's (trim) 5'9" frame as well. Would need the XL size for anyone taller and heftier. The customer service was as wonderful as the chair. I was accidentally sent a notice by the company that a chair was being delivered to me after I'd already received it! I panicked - worrying I'd be responsible for sending it back and reached out to customer service. I received an email shortly with a very kind apology for their mistake. All in all an amazing chair and responsive customer service - what you'd expect, but don't often even get, if purchasing a much more expensive piece of furniture.

The set arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Much easier with a second person to help hold things and align the screw holes. The set is gorgeous. The chairs are sturdy and modern looking. The table finish is beautiful. The look of wood without the hassle of wood getting ruined in the elements. Looks perfect with my new cafe lighting.

Requested a replacement hammock and their customer service went above and beyond to find the part number and helped me ordering them. Extremely happy with their service. I sincerely believe companies that take care of their customers after selling a product should have all our support.

I purchased online via Walmart two sets of outdoor bar stools (MF Studios Metal Barstools). However, only 1 of the 4 broke after sitting on it twice (I'm under 200 lbs), indicating there was a faulty pump. I contacted the company and they were amazing: they sent me a new pump, and then a new stand assembly when I couldn't remove the faulty pump. We love these stools and really appreciate how their customer service exceeded our expectations. The shipping for the new parts took about a week for each one, but that was OK with us (others might complain, but with shipping and stuff held up by the pandemic and all, we think it was very reasonable). If you need to contact the company, I would write to them (they do respond!) instead of calling (the number doesn't work). Would be happy to order from this company again!

We ordered a Patio table and chairs. Delivery came and we assembled the 8 chairs and all went well time consuming but simple to assemble. The table was very easy to assemble, 4 legs that’s it. When we turned the table over the was a scratch on the extended portion of the table. I contacted customer service by email. I was asked to send pictures and within 3 or 4 days a new table was being sent. I was impressed with the quick handling of my issue. We are very happy with the table looks great and the ladies that helped us in customer service were great.

Harriet and Farrah were amazing! We bought the 15 foot triple umbrella last year. This year the string broke, Not expecting much I contacted the company and they responded in less than 24 hours. I recommend the umbrella and the company! Kudos

We are very happy with the way Farrah and Harriet, customer service handled my situation. The chairbases for the two chairs I ordered were not right you couldn’t raise the seat to dining level. They sent me new chairbases and the chairs are the perfect height and I love them. These two ladies were very helpful and responded quickly and resolved the issue very quickly as well. I would recommend this company as the are very considers of their customers.
