Love the patio chairs we ordered. We had some trouble with one of the arm rests securing to the back. I contacted customer service and they promptly responded and sent the back piece again. It worked perfectly!

I purchased the Mock One portable hammock and was extremely satisfied. Unfortunately, upon receipt the frame was bent in a way that made it impossible to put one of the feet on. I contacted customer service and they quickly confirmed the problem and shipped out a whole replacement frame.

These recliners are wonderful. Study and beautiful. We use a pillow on the back because they are deep and a narrow head pillow ( attached long shoe laces and tied to the back frame) perfect for reclining and reading, watching movies. They do get a little seat indention but that’s to be expected. Our cushioned mildewed and had to wash them and they came out beautiful. Only draw back to these chairs are they do not sell replacement cushions. Customer service was the best, Tiffany was so patient with me. Ours where gifts and I had a hard time getting the paper work. ( vacation and all ) they always responded to me with in 24 hrs. Great company, Thank You Tiffany for all your hard work.

We bought 12x16 canopies, they came very quickly and although I haven't put them up yet, I'm very impressed with the quality and the customer service has kept in touch with me during shipping.

Purchased an outdoor bench. Product was damaged during delivery. Sent email to customer service and within hours received response back. After providing info they requested, purchase order and photos, they advised they would send replacement. I received replacement within 6 days. Couldn't be happier. The customer service was outstanding and responsive. Will definatley buy from them again.

Customer service was top notch. They worked with me on my new umbrella and I think both sides are happy now. Will shop here again!

I recently purchased an double umbrella and love it. Customer service fantastic. I lost my confirmation number and wrote it company to verify they received my order. I received a response with in a few hours with all my information. I received my umbrella in the next couple of days. Love it so much I ordered another one. Great product and great company!

Alphabets is a great company to deal with if you have any issues with their product. We had a small problem with one of the mounting holes on the right arm of a chair we ordered and they responded very quickly to our inquiry and immediately sent out a replacement arm. Thumbs up from me!
