I purchased a Phi Villa Metal 7-piece Patio Bistro Set with Umbrella Hole through Overstock on August 6, 2021. It arrived within the scheduled time frame. I assembled the chairs and found that two of the seat backs and legs had a manufacturer’s defect. I contacted Alpha mart holdings via email. They responded immediately and requested I send photos of the problem which I did. The very next day they made arrangements for me to receive replacement parts! The parts arrived in a timely fashion. However, when I went to install them I found out that I had requested the right chair arms and not the left! Totally my bad. I contacted Alpha Mart once again and once again they responded immediately. I sent photos, explained that it was my fault and offered to pay for the correct parts and return shipping for the ones I incorrectly ordered. Once again they responded immediately and are sending me the correct parts at no charge!! I have never in my life experienced such responsive and good customer service. They definitely went above and beyond what I expected and what was required of them.

We order a canopy from phi villa. When we received it there was some damage to it. We contacted alpha mart and they asked for pictures of the damage. They replied back that they were going to send us a new canopy and within 4 days it was sitting on our porch. You can't ask for any better service than that. We are completely satisfied with them and will be returning in the future. Thank you. 🙂

Thank you all at Alpha with your assistance and immediate response in fixing my husbands order with the issues from the first chair he received. we received the 2nd chair and it was put together with no issues and he is using it as I type. Thanks again for all of your help sincerely Susan

It was frustrating at first trying to put this game chair together. Gas link and arm needed to be replaced but only the gas link was sent. After a few days I told them I was really upset about the chair. They sent me a replacement. All was good. They held up to their end of the bargain. It’s all about good customer service
