I recently bought a patio umbrella and the poles wouldn't connect. I contacted the company and they immediately replaced the umbrella without ANY hassle! Carolina, Harriet and Farrah are the best! Great communication, great service!

I was regretting my purchase on this site when my credit card was charged quickly but almost a month later the tracking number said the chairs still hadn't been shipped. On April 30, the FedEx site still said the chairs had not been shipped but suddenly on May 1, FedEx delivered them. The chairs look good. In the end it worked out ok.

My first Office chair arrived as a Christmas present and shortly after the day I assembled it. The right arm rest was slightly damaged, fitted poorly and the pad was disengaged because of a broken pin. I contacted the vendor by email to request a replacement arm, instead they sent a whole new chair, which assembled with no problems whatsoever. Their response was efficient polite and effective

We purchased a Mock One for Father’s Day after seeing an ad on Instagram. I didn’t expect to receive it by Father’s Day as we ordered it about 10 days prior. Then the item was on back order. They were very forthcoming at first, mentioning there was a legal issue with some bad characters involved in their warehouse. Then they went radio silent after early July. I emailed in Aug and in Sept just to get an update and no reply. I tried again in Oct, stating that I would pursue a refund if I didn’t hear back. Within two weeks they finally contacted me to let me know the product would be shipped soon. We received the Mock One within about 2 weeks and my husband loves it! I’m so glad we were patient and waited for them to clear up the legal issues they had encountered. There may be another one in our future!

Xclent sturdy well built villa patio 7 pc set. Unique design that chairs for dining but als fold back for naping. Etc. Table simple to put together... paint finish is multi coated super hard. I was paint contractor for years. Tracking was a little difficult compared to fedex. But it arrived as promised. Thnks
