I ordered a patio set, four chairs and a fire pit. The set was sent in three packages. Two of the three arrived without an issue, however the third was damaged in shipment. I notified customer service and replacement parts were mailed ASAP. The patio set is well made and I'm a happy customer.

I purchased a solar panel light 10 ft. Off set umbrella in June. The lights stopped working in August. I emailed your company and received an email the next day acknowledging the receipt of my email and asking for more information (pictures). I sent the pictures and they reviewed and sent them to the department that handles these concerns. They diagnosed the problem. They sent another solar panel. After installing a new battery and charging the solar panel, the lights still were not working. I explained again via email. They requested more pictures. I sent them. They said it was probably one of the lights had burned out and if one burns out all the lights will not work. After emailing and coming to a fair agreement Alphamarts sent a replacement umbrella. This company was very responsive to my problem. Responding to all of my emails within hours or the next day. Alphamarts is to be commended on the outstanding customer service they provided.

Great Customer Service. I bought a chair and disgarded the parts pkg. and could not put chair together. CS was able to get me a replacement pkg with all the parts and tools needed so I now can enjoy my computer chair. The chair was worth the great price and very well made!

We received patio table and eight chairs in a very timely manner. However, the table was scratched and dented in a couple of places. The customer service we received was outstanding! The end result - they sent us a replacement table. We are thrilled. We could not have achieved a better result. Thank you AlphaMarts!

This was an outstanding price for a sturdy, well-made grill cover. I know I would have paid way more somewhere else. Customer service was superb. Highly recommend.

This company, Alphamarts and its' customer service personnel is nothing short of amazing. If you don't believe me, their responses to my emails were true solutions and were VERY timely. I present my experience here: I bought a chair and assembled it. Raised the seat all the up sat at my computer when I felt the seat move...and moved down - just tad but it did. Over the next 15 minutes it bottomed out. So I stood, raised the seat, sat again with the same results. I contacted customer service via email and got a response the next day (emailed them late). They suggested returning the chair. Wasn't going to happen. All of the packing was already gone And no carrier I knew would take the chair as is. They responded that same day suggesting replacing the piston. I agreed. They checked with their warehouse and got back to me the next morning explaining their was no such part on in the same email, the same day, suggesting they just send me a new chair. I said that would be fine but what to do with the soon to be old chair. Just trash it and don't worry about it. My new chair is assembled and for the past 45 minutes has held fast. Again, my compliments and 5 stars to all at Alphamarts!!!

We bought a 40" patio table. It arrived on time, was exactly what we ordered. It is a beautiful table whose top is out of recycled material that looks like wood. We love this table and would highly recommend it and this company.

I am very happy with this company and how they handled my purchase. They were quick and efficient. They were quick to send a replacement for a defective chair I had purchased. I would buy from them again. Thank you for all your help.
