We bought two Alpha Camp Chairs. They are sturdy and comfortable. The design is amazing... the arms have a pocket for your cell phone on one side and a cup holder on the other side. The canopy is substantial for our sunny climate. We did have a bit of trouble with the chairs, but after emailing with the company, they quickly resolved the problem. When we need more chairs, we will be back to Alpha Camp!

I received a damaged patio table. After emailing pictures of the shipping box and table, I had a new table within a week. Everyone I emailed was fast in responding and friendly. Highly recommend Alphamarts.

Office chair armrest broke in half. Made contact with Alphamarts and they ordered a replacement for me. Came in a resonabile time frame.

I purchased an office chair from Alphamarts 6 month ago, and the right armrest broke. I contacted their customer service, and explained what had happened. Since it had been a while since I purchased the chair, I didn't think it was covered for breakage. Customer service was very quick to respond to me, and shipped a new armrest ASAP, at no cost to me. Quite frankly I was surprised by the great service, and that it cost me zero dollars. In my opinion, this is an extraordinary company, and will order from them again.

I bought a table and 6 chairs the chairs arrived safely and are of really good quality and I am very pleased with these the table arrived the following day but on opening it had a bad dent in the end I emailed customer service and they offered me a discount but the damage was to bad to accept their kind offer so they sent me a replacement table just 2 days later which I believe is excellent customer service and would not hesitate to use this company again thank you

We ordered 4 bar stools and 6 patio chairs. All are great quality, attractive with good function. We did have small problem with a dented frame, and Alphamarts corrected it immediately. They quickly responded to my message, were very specific about getting the replacements part correct, and immediately shipped out the item. They kept in close communication through the process to make sure we were satisfied. Great customer service!
