We purchased 6 chairs for our bar and have been using almost daily for over 6 months. They are comfortable and well made for the price. We did have an issue with one where a couple of the ball bears from the swivel fell out. The immediately sent the replacement part. Hopefully that doesn't happen with others, but if it does, I feel confident they will make it right. I would buy more of the same if needed.

The edge of the tabletop was dented sometime before or during shipment. I worked with the seller by providing information and photos of the damage. They promptly responded with options for resolution including the option to receive a new tabletop. I choose to receive a new tabletop and it arrived in a couple of days in perfect condition. Service was excellent.

We purchased deck chairs from Home Depot but one was missing parts. I contacted the store, they directed me to the brand name who then directed me to Alphamarts.com. I love my Alphamarts products. I've ordered several times from Alphamarts. This last time, one of the chairs I received had a damaged leg. I contacted the Alphamarts team and they immediately sent me a replacement let. I greatly appreciate them and their quick response. They kept me informed during the entire process.

I cannot say enough about this company and it's products. We had purchased a dining set for our pool. I put the chairs together (easy) went to put the table together and found it had been damaged. I immediately sent an E mail to the company. I got a response that day and I had a new table in 5 days. Customer service is top notch!! Already looking to purchase additional chairs. Highly recommend!!!
