A few missing parts in kit. Contacted customer service, Tiffany got back to me in a most timely manner! Offered multiple options and the error was quickly resolved to my satisfaction!

Ordered the extra large, 3 cooking grates grill, all 3 grates were damaged and was also missing a nut. They offered to replace and or compensate with a coupon to use on their website, they did both! It took a week+ to receive the cooking grates, and all 3 grates are in excellent condition! Very attentive customer service!:)

Amazing customer service! Extremely fast responses and so helpful. Double sided umbrella was also extremely easy to set up and shades our large patio well.

I had a slight problem with a part when my purchase arrived. I spoke with the Alphamarts' Customer Service team and they informed me as to what the manufacturer said. The CS team offered a suggestion to remedy the issue, along with a $10.00 refund. Everything was handled with 3 days of the products arrival. It has been awhile since I have seen CS reps be genuinely concerned to make the buyer happy!

There were some issues with damage during shipping, but the vendor made it right even though it wasn’t their fault. The table is really nice - love how it can extend for more people quite easily. It looks very classy, but still functional. Easy to assemble. Love that it doesn’t waste space with an umbrella hole. I took a picture to show how nice it looks on my patio, but can’t figure out how to upload it here.

Five stars for Alphamarts. I reported a problem I thought I had and got an immediate response and desire to resolve the problem. Through my oversight, I thought a part was missing, I reported it and got an immediate response. I later discovered the part but not in the accessory box where I expected it to be. Thank you Alphamarts for excellent customer service!

Tiffany has provided exceptional customer service. I bought a zero gravity chair and it came with a damaged hinge. After sharing this with Tiffany, she was able to send me a new chair within 5 days. I will definitely buy from this company again.
