Alphamarts.comReviews of alphamarts.com

It’s a beautiful Sunbrella & is well constructed. There was one small broken hook that attached part of the fabric to the frame. I could have tried to repair it myself had the company sent me a replacement part. The company went one huge step better! I was sent a complete, brand new Sunbrella replacement. Companies such as this don’t come any better. They stand by their product.

I bought the set of six patio chairs. On one of six chairs, the T-bar appeared to have been made in a way that the bolts to the bottom of the chair didn't line up during assembly. I wrote an email to Alpha Mart and within a few hours I had a reply with a link to a YouTube video that showed how to adjust the T-bar so that it fit. I got great customer service...and the chairs look really nice and are very comfortable.

Fedex had destroyed a lot of the pieces I had received. Alphamarts worked with me to get replacements and were very friendly. I was very impressed with the customer service and would purchase from them again

Product is well made, durable. Very happy with my purchase. Was notified of day of shipment, tracking number and day of delivery . Very professional.

Excellent product and reliable service.

The customer service at alphamart was superb and they got back to me very quickly and resolved my issue in a timely manner.

Great customer service. Bought 8 chairs, very comfortable, but upon opening the 1st box the fastner package had been torn open in delv and missing some of the fastners. I emailed the company and after confirming what I needed sent me a whole new faster pack. No hassle and quick. Thank you

Patio set with firepit We bought this for a Shrine Fund Raiser. Had a bit of a situation with one chair not being square on the floor after assembled. Emailed customer service and they promptly provided a video link showing how to correct the issue. Very pleased overall with the product and the customer service.
