I really love my patio set. The colors are outstanding. Little assembly was easy. The glass to table top was delivered in shattered pieces by Fed Ex. This patio furniture company treated me politely and gave me several options for correction. I just received replaced glass and I am a very happy customer. I trust them with future orders and highly recommend them.

My mother-in-law bought one of these beautiful huge umbrellas. Great price and great shade in an unbelievably hot summer. One broke when arrived and they replaced with a simple picture showing what was broken. Great quick response and replacement.

We are more than pleased with Alphamarts service, delivery was prompt, It was almost fully assembled, there were some stains on the canopy so we contacted there Service Team and they were brilliant, the advice they gave us soon resolved the stains, they were quick on all there replies to our emails. It was a pleasure to deal with a genuine company. Well done and thank you very much. Lyn Lewington.

I purchased a wicker patio chair in May. Just noticed that part of the rattan on the back was breaking. I contacted the company, they responded quickly and positively. I just received my replacement part today. Great job.

I found a 10% off email offer after I placed an order, contacted customer service and they credited the money to my Paypal account. And we love the double umbrella! Two thumbs up!

We ordered a table and chairs set from Alphamarts which was very easy to assemble and came exactly as described. A couple of months later we noticed a problem with two of the chairs, I emailed customer service and after a couple more emails regarding the problem we were sent two new replacement chairs all this happened within a week. I would say their customer service is 5 Star.

I bought an outdoor table from this company via Target. It arrived with several dents and scratches, likely from the shipping process. I emailed customer service, and they offered to send me a replacement, free of charge! The replacement arrived in much better condition.

We purchased a patio table and chairs. We selected this particular set because the table dimensions were slightly smaller than in some sets and it fit in the limited space we had. Everything was easy to assemble but 2 out of 4 T-bar parts had damage. We were able to email the company (the phone number that's included doesn't work) and quickly received replacement parts. It took a total of 3-4 days to receive them so we could finish assembling the set.
