Store sent incorrect color umbrella, the correct replacement was sent promptly

Purchased outdoor roller shade. Hardware pack did include roller cord safety device. I emailed customer service to request missing part. Once my order number was confirmed they sent me a new hardware pack and I was able to finish my installation. Fantastic customer service.

I ordered 2 dining sets. They both arrived on time but one of the tables had a large crack down the middle. It happens, but I was having a party and needed a replacement table quickly. I emailed the customer service dept and explained the situation. I received a rapid response (same day) and was instructed to send photos of the damage plus shipping labels. I responded the same day and my table was shipped and was assembled two days later In time for my party! Fantastic customer service!! I will buy this brand again because I know they stand behind their merchandise.

Purchased the table and 4 chairs for our deck. Well the add for the set in Amazon was misleading. The chairs do not slide under the table a bit. We contacted the seller and they gave us a credit back to our credit card and we will keep the table. Great company to do business with.

The patio table turned up but the table top was smashed so I emailed alphamarts. Got a new table deliver in short time (unbroken) and looks a treat. Very happy with customer services and so easy to sort 😀

I had defective chair parts and received support and service recovery in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised

During my recent purchase of a table and chair set from Alphamart the table arrived damaged through shipping mishaps.Also there were a couple of missing items on a chair.Alphamart replaced the damaged table and sent the missing chair parts through their customer service department.I was very impressed with how they worked with me on this issue! Unfortunately the table arrived broken in transit, but the customer service was excellent which is why I am giving 5 stars. They rectified the situation very quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
