Bought seven piece patio set. Table had a broken part but their customer service team sent out new items within a few days! All good now. Quality looks good. The only concern is with the small plastic floor protectors on bottom of chairs. Several have already snapped off. They provided replacements but I think this will be an ongoing issue.

The chairs are very nice, heavy duty. The finish is a little rough in spots - needs touchup paint to keep them from corroding. Our initial sets were packed very poorly and were damaged, but the company very quickly sent replacements. Overall very pleased with the value.

I ordered & received 2 complete sets, tables & 6 chairs each. One chair in each set was bad and 1 table. After letting company know, they offered to replace the 2 chairs and table. And did. Took some time but we now have our 2 sets out by the pool. And they are great.

We ordered a 7 piece set that was shipped within 2 days, and we had it delivered within 5 days. We couldn't find the hardware or the directions, so I emailed the company. They were quick to get back to me, and very courteous. The furniture takes a little more time to build than was stated, but otherwise it looks great. I would definitely order from them again.

We ordered two chairs that needed to be assembled. Unfortunately the box came without the screws needed to complete the construction. I tried calling the 800 number but was unsuccessful in talking with anyone. I resorted to email, thinking that my correspondence would disappear into the Internet ether. To my surprise, I received a prompt reply, and the CSR informed me that the screw package was being sent. Less than one week later, they arrived! Thank you for the prompt service I received.

I got two chair that we had to put together. It was not a easy job fro the 77 years and one was legally blind, but we got it done. one of the chair did not sit right. with the help of the service department we got it corrected.

purchased an office chair at an exceptional price. However, the arm broke off within a few days. Customer service was very helpful and sent a new arm. Chair is now good as new. Thanks
