I purchased a patio umbrella. The delivery window was from 8 to 10 days. They created the tracking and sent it almost immediately after purchased but It has been 10 days and still not pick up by FedEx. They claimed that it is FedEx, but it is that they have not shipped it yet. Also, when I try to cancel the delivery, they said that it was already delivered. The price of the umbrella with the discount was $4 less than I have purchased in Amazon. I would have purchased in Amazon and not deal with this pain. Update: still have not received the umbrella, the Fedex tracking still pending and the company says that they cannot cancel the order even though is still pending. The order is 62690.

I purchased a pretty Bird Cabinet that cost total $246.00 .. It came in the time they said . We got it out of the box to assembly and it seemed to be going well until putting the doors on it . Nothing lined up . Hinges would not let doors close at all until we put hinges on backwards and even still doors do not close in alignment with the magnets to keep them closed . There are large gaps all around the doors. Can not put backing on because it does not align with shelf inside back ,,there is a large gap there as well .. I contacted them via email and sent pictures as per their request and they said they would have their QC people look into it .. Have heard nothing . Also cabinet has no finish on it .. It is like chalk paint and rubs off onto hands . So now I have an expensive cute but cheaply constructed ( seems made of plywood instead of real wood ) cabinet I can not use until I can find a professional to try to fix it for me ..Very disappointed to say the least .. This was a big splurge for me and to be honest this cabinet is not even woth $100.00 much less $229.00 plus tax and shipping to $246.00 -- I feel I should get money back .. Like about $150.00 back

We were looking forward to our patio set we purchased from Alphamarts and received 2 smashed up boxes delivered. Inside the glass to our table top was shattered - I am now going through the return process and had to re open the damaged boxes to take photos of the part in order to get a return. I understand the process of a return but so far this whole thing has been a hassle and their phone number is out of service. I would not purchase from this site again.

We purchased a 6 piece sofa and one of the chairs were bent and the wicker was unraveling. We called and called and no one ever put is up the phone. We emailed them and they said they would replace the bent piece but as for the wicker unraveling and sticking out they wanted to give us 20 dollars alpha mart coupon and not just replace the entire seat. If you can’t replace damaged items why would you think we are going to return and buy something else. Customer service is a joke

1 of 5 pieces in a set came broken. 4 of 5 never came at all over 2 weeks after and 6 days after promised. Nobody picks up at the phone number listed on their site or in the instruction manual. Scam!

Received a defective product and it’s been impossible to get someone on the line. The only way to communicate is via email and they will not assist with the return. They insist that I need to unpack the box again, put the umbrella together and take pics of it looks sided so they can determine the defect and sent me a part to repair. This is ridiculous and in no way what I want. Will never order from there again. Their return policy is atrocious.

Very poor quality. Seat cushions hard, pieces don’t match up, very unstable, seat backs don’t support. Requested full refund, company refused. Do not order!

I just received an alpha mart hydraulic stool and it won't adjust. When I sit on it...it goes all the way down and then pops all the way up. Won't adjust. I called the number 877-606-2818 and it disconnected. I like the stool - but it doesn't work properly and I can't get any assistance.
