Small problem with a counter stool.. quickly resolved with a new cushion

Hello All: We ordered the 5 piece set through overstock.com. The order arrived however there was a piece missing and some damage to the set. I reached out to their customer service department and the issues was resolved. Things happen as it was shipped all the way from CA.

I had an issue with a defective part and they replaced the part. They were very fast and helpful to get me back into the hammock safe and sound !

I had a broken part when my shade arrived. I contacted the company and they immediately fixed the problem. They were courteous and thorough. Now the shade is up and we love it!

Vielen Dank für die Lieferung zwei tolle Stühle. Das Design ist außergewöhnlich und vielen Dank für die Abwicklung

I ordered a hammock for my mother and we realized it was missing a part, I wrote to the company not expecting to hear back, and they not only responded- but sent me the replacement part for free! We now use this l the time at camp. My kiddos often sleep in it by the fire. Highly recommend this company!

The product quality is very good but the customer service is outstanding. I needed a left side arm rest on the patio chair (since the package came with two right sided arm rests). Very quickly a new set of arm rests were sent my way. I’m very impressed with this company and much more with their prompt and helpful customer service.

We bought one of their fire pits through Amazon. Was very easy for an older woman to assemble. The only problem was putting the propane tank in. The manufacturer sent a uTube video which made it very easy to put the tank in. Love the fire pit. Cherre
