Great return experience for small piece broken in transit. Solid and clear communication through resolution. Thank you,

We received a red powder coat steel bench. It is really nice, and a great value for the money. We had trouble with shipping, and the customer service response was outstanding. They sent a new bench without charge. Highly responsive. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another product from this company.

Purchased a table, chair, and umbrella set from Amazon. One of the chairs had a defect. I reached out to Alphamarts. They did not have any of the individual parts in stock, so the sent me a box with two new chairs. The set is beautiful.

Excellent service. Ordered an outside table and chairs. Unfortunately the table was damaged on one corner. Contacted Alphamarts . They quickly sent a replacement which I received in a couple of days. Staff kept me updated. Very pleased with the product. Well packed and easy to assembled. Table and chairs excellent quality. Would use this company again without hestitation. Recommended.

very good customer service to resolve my issue

There was a slight manufacturing fault with one of the two chairs in the box and Alphamarts dealt with it quickly and courteously and sent me a replacement box. A fair and honourable company and a very good product. It was a pleasure to deal with Alphamarts. Thank you.

On April 20, 2023 we purchased the PHI VILLA - Rattan Outdoor Sectionals Conversation Set Sofas with Blue Cushions from Home Depot. It was delivered on April 26th. Unfortunately The coffee table glass was shattered in shipping. I knew Home Depot would take a return but we had a party planned for the coming weekend so I contacted Alphamarts via email Sunday evening. They replied Monday morning and a replacement glass arrived Wednesday afternoon. A great product and outstanding customer service!
