Customer service is wonderful. Email- they respond quickly and helpfully.

Brilliant customer service. Would shop here again.

we purchased the Philvilla set of swivel, rocking chairs (2 chair pack) from Walmart online. After assembly, found a problem with the base of one of the chairs. Contacted (as instructed) the manufacturer, and described the problem. They responded quickly and confirmed our shipping address. A replacement was sent out, received it in a couple of days. All good now. The chairs are very nice, look great and are very comfortable. Would recommend them to anyone,

I ordered a patio set from Home Depot and 2 of the chairs were missing some parts. I reached out to Alphamarts and they were so quick in helping me resolve the issue and now the patio set is complete. Very happy with it, great packaging and nice quality. Thank you!

Very helpful and quick to respond

From ordering to delivery to installation my experience has been excellent… during the installation I run into an issue on how to install the igniter for the side burner so I emailed the company and within 24 hours I received a response along with a video on how to solve my issue… I have not yet been able to start the grill because of the bad weather but as soon as the opportunity breaks, I’m looking forward to nothing but great things from this product. Thank you for excellent customer service.

When we got in the patio set we found one part damage we got a replacement part in a week and all looks wonderful now

Great fast ship! Awesome Customer service and excellent quality. Neighbor put 2 chairs together in about an hour and a half! Says the next 4 that are coming will be faster, the first one is the hardest. Highly recommend Alphamarts. Get 2 more chairs tomorrow and the last 2 later this week...all ready for Memorial day weekend! Sooo comfortable!!
