We purchased two wicker lounge chairs, which are really nice, but one of the cushion covers was ripped. I contacted customer service via email and quickly received a response. They stated they'd send us a new cover, no problem, and we received it shortly after. It's good to know that some companies care enough to provide customer service like this.

Our patio set is beautiful and of very good quality. Unfortunately, our table arrived damaged; but the customer service team quickly sent us a new one! Very pleased with the purchase and the experience!

I had ordered three counter chairs and one of them came defective. I have contacted the company to see if they could replace it. They did in such a professional and efficient manner I was so pleased.

My table and chairs arrived ahead of schedule and I was pleased with them. Unfortunately One of the holes for a fixing nut was defective on one chair. Contacted Alphamarts who offered to send me another pack of two chairs and for me to pay an additional £55 for the additional chair OR refund me £55 for the defective chair. I chose the latter as I could do a workaround for the fixing bolt and I didn't need the extra chair. Possibly they should have sent the two chair pack for free but I kind of got where they were coming from and the refund came really quickly. Very pleaeed with the look and quality overall

Ordered table and chairs, the table had a few dents in it. I contacted customer service and they quickly replaced the table. Looking forward to sharing many meals with friends and family on this table.

Unfortunately the product was damaged and had to work with the company to get a resolution. I would have preferred a reasonable offer of restitution without having to ask for more. The first offer was an insult but they did agree to a partial refund that I could live with. Hopefully the chairs will last a couple seasons but the lightweight construction has me skeptical. If I was purchasing in a brick and mortar store I would have passed as the quality doesn’t match the price! Looks nice in a photo…
