I ordered an outdoor grill. The wheel side did not fit properly. Alpha marts provided a diagram which revealed that I had incorrectly positioned the legs. When I opened the grill plates, 2 had been damaged in transit. Customer service was responsive and extremely helpful. Great experience! Wonderful oversized grill!

We ordered kitchen counter stools and one we had to grind the metal end to fit and a screw was miss aligned. We told the company and they were excellent at responding. They gave us a credit for it. Very happy with how they responded.

This company delivers. And by that I mean they do everything right and won't let you down. Excellent Business

Bought an umbrella for our patio from Alphamarts, but it malfunctioned soon after set up. Emailed the company and received a reply very quickly. They shipped a replacement in just a couple of days. Love the umbrella and their customer service!

My original umbrella had two damaged pieces I contacted the company, once they verified my some information they sent me a replacement umbrella.

Patio set arrived on time. It was well packaged unfortunately one of the chairs was damaged but after contacting the company they were able to replace the damaged part quickly and followed through with excellent customer service.

Problem with an order was rapidly fixed. Prompt reply from customer service and a quick and satisfactory resolution.

Love the umbrella but I had trouble finding the switch for the lights. Submitted a question to their help line and received an acknowledgment within twelve hours that they had gotten the question. This was on a weekend so that was great. Issue turned out to be that their documentation didn’t point out that the switch could be on one of the rib supports for the umbrella. They sent me pictures of the two different location of the switch and I was able to quickly find the switch.
