Customer relations is outstanding. I had an issue with two right arms in the kit for one of the chairs. I contacted customer service, and they quickly sent me a left arm so I could assemble the chair.

I had ordered some patio chairs from Amazon but unfortunately one of the pieces was damaged. I reach out to Alphamarts and they were quick to respond and quick to resolve the damage. They shipped me a new piece within a few days. They even followed up a few days after delivery to make sure everything was good. I am really impressed with Alphamarts!
