Tiffany listened to my concerns and resolved it to my satisfaction. The table and chairs are exactly what I wanted. I am so happy they expedited the replacement table.

Carport came with missing parts and damaged but it was a delivery issue and company took care of it and was quick to respond. They back their products.very pleased with carport .

I purchased an L-Shaped outdoor couch. The price was good and the couch looks good with quality materials. I had a couple of issues - missing part and assembly instructions not compatible with product. However, Alphamarts quickly responded and shipped the replacement part. They also maintained good communication. As for assembly, we just forfeited the instructions, and put it together with common sense.

My wife is very happy with your product! Which makes me very happy 😃. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because 1 post beneath the seat had a piece of wood 🪵 chipped off. But , it didn’t interfere with the final assembly. Very happy with your customer service.

I would like to change this review, at first If there was a zero star they would get it. After a long drawn out back and forth, Alphmarts came through with a new item that they sent a week ago. The issue began back In August, 2023, as a gift for my wife who had just completed chemo, I ordered a cabinet from Bed Bath & Beyond who uses Alphamart to make and ship products...I guess. The cabinet arrived early September damaged. One piece was broken in two places. That began the nearly THREE MONTH odyssey of email back and forths and total debacle with Alphamart. Instead of pulling the piece from another cabinet, they had to order a new piece made in China. End of November, a piece arrived and instead of it being one complete piece identical to the one that was shipped broken, it arrived as two pieces that I would have to join now with wood glue which creates an unsightly seam in the cabinet. Last week, they sent a new cabinet, we finally assembled it - with some difficulty as one shelf will need to be modified. But, after three months, they responded good to my requests. I hope that Alphamart knows that I finally appreciate them sending a new cabinet even though I had asked for one back in September. I appreciate their generosity and would like to let all who enter a business transaction with Alphamart and BBB online know that because it is mail order things may go wrong but persevere and Alphamarts will eventually make good on their business.

A few parts in my order arrived broken. The customer service team was quick to respond, clear about the information they needed, and got replacement part shipping to me from the warehouse promptly.

Fast and quick service. Helpful support information. Directions might have been more explicit in finding the solar switch.

Everyone was very nice and they return our questions within quick times. The packaging was a problem. We received our 4 chairs quick, but when I opened the box, I found that the card that held the screws, was cut at sometime before ordered. At on the end, we had everything we needed but finding that someone else returned the same chairs and the company should look at every thing in the box, before they send it out. The very good thing is, they are very professional. We always received from them a quit email to all of the emails we sent.
