Ordered a wood smoker from Alphamarts through Wayfair. Assembly was difficult, some bolts could not be installed as holes did not line up. Parts for the front lid handle were missing. When I contacted Alphamarts customer service the treatment was horrible. They said they could do nothing for me as it was ordered through wayfair. I asked to speak to a manager several times and was told there was nothing I could do. I asked if there was a manager several times and was told there wasn’t. Hard to believe. I was told that I had to disassemble the smoker and return it. Not acceptable. Wayfair tried to resolve the issue with Alphamarts without succes and instead offered me a discount. I will source the parts myself. I would not purchase anything from Alphamarts in the future.

I ordered 6 out door rattan swivel patio chairs. None of the first 4 holes line dup to even get the first step of attaching a seat to the arm frame. I have called the number on the box for customer service now for 48 hours and it is just busy. They respond to emails once a day about 5am in the morning and give no helpful information I am about to dispute this charge with my credit card company these guys are a joke

Pieces are missing and Alpha Mart refuses to send the parts. Said they do not have them in stock, but the item is still available to order so they obviously have the parts. I would give a minus rating if it was available

I have a defective part on grill I ordered. I'm not able to get through to customer service. I've made numerous calls and sent emails. I need a response from the company.

I purchased a oblong outdoor umbrella for my table. Several pieces were not in the box. It has been 5 weeks and I have called the customer number twice and left messages and I have sent two emails to the service email address. No one will contact me back and I cannot reach a real person. Please help! Susan I just found out that my product was sold to me by Overstock so they may be responsible for not including all the parts. If so, then my review is not fair.

Absolutely horrid customer service. They wouldn't help with a simple question about one of their products, repeatedly answering they did not understand when i clarified the question further and further. I would recommend avoiding dealing with this company.

I wish I could give a negative rating. I purchased a seven piece patio set the first week of February and I’m missing the parts to put two chairs together. I’ve tried e-mailing, calling the corporate number and the 800#. It’s been over 4 weeks of trying and no reply or answering of any phone number called. I even contacted the corporate office of Home Depot and they can’t reach anyone. How do I get these parts??
