I had purchased a Patio table and chairs for our deck. My husband and I had no problems putting it together. One of the chairs had a rod in the back that was not in the right position. I had reached out to the company to have it replaced. This was done quickly without problems. We are very happy with our table setting. I would definitely order.from this company again.

I ordered a small outdoor table with 2 chairs, when the table came the top was warped. I reached out to customer service and within a few hours they got back to me and a new table was on the way. I can't say enough about the customer service this company has given, and the table and chairs were perfect for my new porch.

Missing parts were efficiently replaced and well documented. Parts arrived and we're back on track.

Great patio set was missing some of the bolts but they shipped them right away. Looks nice put together very well pleased.

Received this patio set very promptly. One of the parts for the rocker chair had no holes drilled it. Send an email to company and received the right part very soon. The customer service was excellent.

The staff responded in a timely fashion to my claim for a grill door that was damaged in shipping. They didn't hesitate to process my claim. The door was out of stock, and they kept me informed as to the shipping status, and informed me as soon as it became available. Very friendly and helpful staff. 5 star service.

The product is wonderful and sturdy and beautiful. The service provided by this company was outstanding. I could not put together the two chairs for some reason could not get them to line up with part A l. I got in touch with the company immediately they sent me two new chairs. One of the legs on the fire pit table was slightly damaged & they sent me a new one immediately. Working with this company made me feel so good. There are so many companies out there that do not provide this great service.

I love my griddle. They have excellent customer service.
