DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I gave Alpha Book Writers hundreds of dollars for a Social Media package over a year ago. I was assigned three different project managers, all of whom disappeared. I have been asking for a refund for months and always get a run-around. No refund! I will report them to the BBB.

From the beginning there would be disconnect communications. I would have to tell them more than once why this or that did not get changed. It was like they didnt care enough to review after making other changes, I would always get frustrated so many times. Also the person Alpha assigned to me would always try to sale me their products when I just wanted them to get my story finish. Near the end it was getting better but still needed them to work on their communications. What a trial

I am having a terrible time with this company. My project is way behind. Many people are not competent in their jobs. Their contract is poorly written. They are jerking me around and not making good on their word .They have tried to upsell me several times. They have asked for payment in advance of doing the worK about 5 times and I raised my voice at them insisting that the DO THE WORK, THEN I PAY.
