Do not touch this platform! Sequence of events while trying to read a book: The platform let you read a few pages for free, then make you provide your email to access the next episode. Next comes the big scam: I paid the $2.99, but it still wouldn’t let me access the book unless I clicked away a pop up. Next thing two amounts of money were instantly taken from my card. In less than a minute, $36 was taken from my card You have to download the app to access content. Each chapter is approximately 2.5 pages and each chapter costs a fair amount of money. The book consisted of over 130 chapters or more. I then stopped reading because, by this time, it already costed a small fortune and I could afford to pay more. Readers can’t see the amount of chapters left, so it’s unclear how much they book will cost at the end. The pay by chapter method, means it’s a constant stop and go process, which felt never ending. It’s an officiated scam and rip off. The quality of the content is questionable. The author got mixed up with the characters’s names and the content was not edited, thus scores of typos and spelling and language mistakes. STAY AWAY!

I wish I could give them zero stars! Things started great, I invested over $9000 to have a website and go through the marketing, editing, and publishing process for my book. Many failed promises, and most recently they won't respond to my emails regarding the lifetime website management that was IN OUR CONTRACT - and my domain is no longer available. Thoroughly disappointed and sold less than 300 copies of my book. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone! Self-publish and invest your money elsewhere I promise it will be a better use of your funds!

I wish I could give them NO STARS! Please stay away from this company. They ripped me & my husband off for $6,000+. They have a satisfaction guarantee and they offer you the world. Everything you can imagine they're going to offer you. They're trying to get you to give them more money and more money and more money. At the end of the day they did absolutely nothing. My husband had to be the one to edit my book and a friend of mine had to be the one to come up with the cover. It never got any exposure. It didn't have its own web page. There's no targeted campaigns to promote it or get it seen. And they refuse to give the money back. We even would have settled for half of it and they still are gaslighting us and giving us the runaround. I beg of you. Be aware, they're AKA Alpha Book Publishers, AKA Alpha Publishers, AKA Alpha Publishing, and even go by the name on the credit card statement, BOOK WRITING BUREAU, which gives a NY, N.Y. address which is just a Mailbox Rental place. Other addresses they present are in Alpine, CA. And Walnut Creek, CA. If the company you hire doesn't have an actual physical address of where they conduct business, consider it a RED FLAG!! Do not go to them and, please, tell others. They are scammers. Big con artist. We're not rich people. They stole our money. $6,000+ is a lot for us. But they made it sound as if we would make so much more with a promotions that they were going to do for us. We are devastated but this isn't over. Again, they don't have a legitimate mailing address!! They're all fake! The mailbox service that they have in Alpine isn't even legit. They're frauds. - Sincerely, the wife.

I’ve been trying to get apha book writers to pay me my royalties. I’ve Earned $4000 which I would like in my LLC account. I have reached out to Jenna B West, Delilah Jones and Joseph Bell. They pretend to respond to email, ask for your number and never call. I’m thinking I will take my documentation and go to California to get my money. Then they will have to pay for my ticket and hotel stay as well

Scam Alert – Took Money and Disappeared I paid this company for 6 books and a website, but after taking my money, they completely stopped responding. No deliverables, no updates, and no refund. Red Flags: Zero communication after payment. No products/services provided. Feels like a scam – avoid at all costs! I’ve tried emailing, calling, and messaging with no response. If you’re considering working with them, save your money and look elsewhere.
