beginning til end
From the beginning there would be disconnect communications. I would have to tell them more than once why this or that did not get changed. It was like they didnt care enough to review after making other changes, I would always get frustrated so many times. Also the person Alpha assigned to me would always try to sale me their products when I just wanted them to get my story finish. Near the end it was getting better but still needed them to work on their communications. What a trial
