Alpha Watch
If I could leave a review with less than one star I would. This company is a joke. Thier product is decent and I purchased one in the past. I recently purchased another watch, this time for my wife's birthday. The watch was purchased over almost a month from her birthday. The company was quick to take my money for the watches, and shortly after the purchase, sent me an email titled "Shipped." In this email was a shipping label dated May 18th. The email also reflected that the label waiting to be sent to the carrier. Almost two weeks later, I emailed support and their answer was they are a small family owned company and asked me to be patient. Another week goes by and my product is still showing it is in Miami. I emailed support again and another week later and now I am being told the "Proper Department" has been notified of the problem, I should watch the package tracking for any updates. I again emailed the company a day or two later and asked if the would provide me with a reason for the delay and what steps are being taken to correct it. I still have not heard back from them. My wife's birthday has come and gone without her present arriving. Regardless of the quality of their product, the customer service from this company and lack of communication is the worst I have ever seen or dealt with. I ordered a completely different product for work from a comany in Fort Lauderdale FL, only 30 minutes or so north of Miami on a Tue and the product arrived at my office in only two days. Not sure what Alpha Watchs issue is but I would recommend anyone to purchase their watches and do business with anyone other than them.
