Got three winter caps
Got three winter caps, all excellent quality and my daughter loves the reversible one. We wore them all winter while walking outdoors. I will definitely order again.

I have purchased 5 poncho's when they had gone on sale prior to my move to Latin America. They are of high quality, though I was a bit surprised some were blends and not 100% Alpaca, or seemed machine made. In all though, high quality, nice colors and details. I will continue to watch for sales for future presents...

Test concluant.
Bonjour.

Overpriced shipping
I was charged $38 for shipping when I was supposed to get free shipping. I even “checked “ the correct box. I have sent numerous emails to which I’ve received no response. I have only received one item from an almost $100 order. Extremely disappointed. Hoping for an amicable resolution. I am very happy to report that Gabriela with AlpacaMall rectified this situation. I am pleased with the outcome. Thank you!!!
