Alpaca CollectionsReviews of alpacacollections.com

My husband loved his gift.

Great customer service helped my order arrive in time. The products looked even better in person. The details were very nice. The wool was super soft and warm too. I purchasesd two scarves and two hats.

Fast delivery, wonderfully warm. I have long arms and wear tall sizes but this sweater fit fine. Very think and a good fit.

Purchased several items, one was slightly defective, it happens. They were extremely courteous and promptly issued me a gift card which I used to buy replacement hat which is very high quality and I’m super happy with.

Very responsive to questions and fast shipping.

Everything was smooth and flawless . The confirmation, delivery with the tracking information were prompt and speedy. Most of all, I received exactly what I ordered.

I was very please when the young lady ..her customer service was beatiful!!

The product was beautiful and just what i wanted jbut the elderly woman it was for wanted a medium and I got her xs based on what she looked like. It's hard to judge giving a gift since I didn't want to let on it was a gift. Alpaca Collections returned this, no problem. I loved their collection and the prices. Great store.
