Alpaca CollectionsReviews of alpacacollections.com

Product was as advertised. Excellent design and quality. Easy access to customer service. Deliver on time.

Fast shipping.

Got socks for my mom and she says they’re perfectly warm yet somehow breathable which is what everyone wants in socks. Also it came pretty quick.

This website is one of the only ways I can get my hands on premium wool garments from my favorite brands like KUNA in the US. They are quick, responsive, and high quality. Also, the prices are great!

Problems with first shipment. Apparently the customs needed to know more info about what is inside so the shipment was returned. I never got contacted by fedex and when the company contacted me it wasn’t very clear via the tracking …so the package for sent back. Company contacted me and helped me resolve issues in a timely manner by sending another package through a diff company. Excellent customer service and support, I just received the second shipment and products are as described! Happy with my order :)
