Alpaca CollectionsReviews of alpacacollections.com

Renato has wonderful customer service! He was able to check with the vendor and order me an xl which was what I needed instead of a large. He was also able to o get a belt with the coat! He is amazing and goes above and beyond his job! Please give him a big raise or a cash award!

Exactly what I ordered and sent on time.

I absolutely love my alpaca scarf! The quality is amazing, I get so many compliments, and it adds a classic touch to every outfit. The packaging it came in was beautiful too!

Very personal service and even assistance with a delay in delivery which was not the sellers's responsibility at all.

There is a chance that your package/item is delayed because of xyz reason(s), but the customer service is amazing. The representatives respond to emails within a day or 2 and are very polite the entire way as long as you're reasonable.

Great Service. Fast Shipping

Through the years, I have ordered many things from Alpaca Collections and the quality is always superb as well as the customer service and delivery time. I have never had a negative issue with any of my orders. The merchandise is truly unique and beautiful.

Great products. (My wife loves both alpaca sweaters on me.)
