Alpaca CollectionsReviews of alpacacollections.com

I felt the product I purchased is somewhat unique, which is important to me. The price was reasonable after it went on sale and with a discount coupon and the shipping was quick.

It may be a great item but a small as well overpriced as I think approximately it but other than that all the item are exceptionally great and the quality is super great and comfortable to wear.

The scarf is perfect but you didn’t notify me when it shipped. Its delivery was a complete surprise.

The jewelry I bought was beautiful, but the scarf was not a dark blue as pictured, it was much lighter.

The quality was good and shipping was fast. The reason I am not giving it 5 starts is because colors are not depicted correctly on the website. I received a color that looked different than was shown on the website. Questions go to VM and response come a couple of hours later.

My item met my expectations, delivery service was good however the packaging was awful. The box was ripped and to big to fit in the plastic wrapper. Luckily for me I had some beautiful gift wrapping paper and a nice box to place it in.

I received helpful and somewhat timely feedback. The feedback could have been better if my calls were actually answered by a representative at Alpaca Collections. Instead my calls would always go to the machine and I would then get a response about two or three hours after my call.

I am amazed you ship so fast. The things I ordered are my choice maybe is not what I expected like the alpaca toy is made of threads not fur. But totally I love Peru.
