I need to return an item and have repeatedly called the number listed during the hours they are opened as well as sent an email. I have heard nothing. Please contact me with the information I need to return this item.

The pullover had a little hole
The pullover had a little hole, only visible when I have it on. The jacket pulled a threat the 2cnd time I wore it, didn't even feel when it happened. Sucks.

Poor communication, customer service lacking…
Left two phone messages about potential purchase. Never received a call back. Waived FedEx signature but was asked for it regardless. Difficult communication with this company - would not recommend.

Never received my Cape
Never received my Cape - I have tried several times to call - left a lot of messages still no one has called. I paid $5000 for a cape, they charged my credit card already and it has been since March since I placed the order. Very concerned!!
