I live in Orlando and know that the guy presenting was lying about everything. Everything he said was not only inaccurate and I definitely gave no information.

I was called by Aloha and listen to a woman about receiving a gift of travel if i would just sit through a ZOOM meeting. They set up the schedule date and time for the presentation. When the time came to go into the meeting (and I was early), but before I could find out anything I was bumped out because they over booked the meeting, Now how am I to believe that all these trips the schedule will not also be over booked and I get left holding the bag sort of speak and my time being wasted. Stay away from this company..

Horrible scam. Don't even bother listening to their presentation. Listen to your spouse and don't give them any of your time or money. They are trying to send me to collections for their scam membership that does nothing.

During the Zoom meeting, I was warned that I could be removed from the meeting when I briefly moved to plug in my laptop charger. I found this treatment was intimidating. When I asked questions about what protections members would have if the company were to cease operations, the host quickly ended the discussion. Shortly afterward, I was moved into a private conversation with a representative named Mark, who told me that I should not have raised questions that challenged the presenter during the meeting. This made me uncomfortable and discouraged open discussion about the membership program. The presenters repeatedly emphasized that they were BBB-accredited with an A+ rating. However, after reviewing consumer complaints and online discussions, I became concerned that the sales presentation did not accurately reflect the experiences reported by other consumers. The discrepancy between the presentation and the reviews I found raises serious concerns about the company's business practices.

This is honestly one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Aloha Hawaii Tours & Travel uses slick talk and pressure to pull you in, but what they promise is not what you actually get. They make it sound like you’re getting free trips or big savings, but once you’re locked in, there’s always extra fees and things they didn’t clearly explain upfront. I felt completely misled. The “membership” doesn’t really save you money like they claim—you can find the same or better deals on your own without paying them thousands. That’s the part that really doesn’t sit right with me. Trying to get answers or fix anything is frustrating, and don’t even think about canceling—they fall back on “all sales are final” no matter what. It feels like once they get your money, they’re done with you. Overall, the whole experience just feels deceptive and not worth it at all. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and go with something more legit.

Do yourself a favor if you are contacted by Aloha Hawaii Tours & Travel about attending one of their webinars, just hang up! This company is a complete bait & switch opportunist. I do travel for my company so completely fell for their song & dance about them being able to give a person the capability to see & purchase the wholesale price for hotels. flights & vacation packages. It took them 2 weeks to be able to get me to able to log in to their poorly designed portal site (which they claim there company designs & upkeeps the major btand hotel websites & bookign portals). I am finding that most hotels are higher than what I would pay through my Expedia Platinum membership. No where on my portal was there a place to book flights so I called the customer service line only to find out that flights are not part of the $2499.00 package I got suckered in to buying but that I will occasionally receive newsletters friom my local airport on available discounted flights. Joyce Bell, the advisor that signed me up specifically told me that it would take about 10 days for my airport to recognize me as a broker & I would then be able to book flights.

⚠️ WARNING – Misleading Travel Membership ⚠️ I purchased a $249 membership from Aloha Hawaii Tours & Travel based on a sales presentation that showed “exclusive wholesale travel deals” with specific destinations, dates, and pricing. After purchasing, I discovered: ❌ The deals shown were NOT accurate or reproducible ❌ I was told the examples were “illustrative” AFTER the sale ❌ The company REFUSES to provide the recorded presentation unless you hire a lawyer ❌ They rely on a “price match guarantee” instead of delivering actual exclusive pricing They are literally refusing to show the evidence of what was presented to me. If everything was legitimate, why hide the recording? This is NOT transparency. This is a major red flag 🚩 I requested a refund and cancellation—DENIED. At this point: ✔ Complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau ✔ Complaint being submitted to the Florida Attorney General’s Office ✔ Chargeback initiated with my bank Consumers deserve honesty—not bait-and-switch tactics. Proceed with caution
