Hansal was very helpful and patient while helping me troubleshoot my ALOGIC DX3 dock setup. I had a pretty specific issue with my ASUS G16, USB-C power delivery, and multiple ultrawide monitors, and he took the time to walk through the problem, explain what the dock can and cannot do, and suggest practical next steps. He was clear that the 100W power delivery cannot be disabled, helped me understand the USB-C vs USB-A connection limitations, and gave honest recommendations instead of just pushing a product. I also appreciated that he looked at newer options and explained why sticking with the updated DX3 may make the most sense since my current one has worked so well for years. Helpful and responsive technical support.

I bought the 32-inch Clarity Touch monitor and it arrived today, so these are my first impressions. Shipping was the first pleasant surprise: it came via UPS all the way from Holland to Italy in under four days, which I honestly wasn't expecting. Yes, it's expensive, but in my opinion it's worth every EURO spent. The colors are brilliant, the build feels solid (no flimsy plastic here), and the touchscreen works well, though I did have to calibrate it from my Windows 11 laptop before it behaved properly. The customer service deserves a mention too: my questions got answered quickly, and when I asked, they even threw in an extra discount, which was a nice touch. So far, so good. That said, these are early days, so I'll reserve the right to update this review in another 2-3 weeks once I've put it through more regular use.

Customer service was excellent. I had an issue when I received by Aspekt 34". Customer call me immediately and address the issue. Turn out the original thought was incorrect. But when contact and the real issue was discovered, they immediately sent to their team. After just one day their team had a solution and called me to implement it immediately. Loved Alogic Aspekt 32" Touch monitor. I was looking for a wider screen and some flexibility on my desk to move monitor when needed. The omni Fold stand offers great flexibility to my desk. Customer support helped me set it up. Happy with my purchase.

Amazing tech but also amazing support, assisted with an issue nearly 12 months after the purchase, and the issue was a user error but they happily continued to follow up and ensure I got it working correctly. Such a great company
