Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Almond Muse. Das Kleid (Selene, Größe M) passte nicht. Obwohl man als EU-Kund:in innerhalb von 14 Tagen keinerlei Rückgabegründe angeben muss, wollte ich transparent sein und Feedback zur Passform (Brust zu klein, Länge ungeeignet) geben. Genau dies wurde mir jedoch zum Nachteil ausgelegt: Statt einer Geldrückerstattung berief sich der Kundenservice ausschließlich auf die eigenen Rückgaberichtlinien, nach denen bei Passform-, Größen- oder Längenproblemen nur Store Credit gewährt wird. Hinweise auf das europäische Widerrufsrecht wurden ignoriert bzw. nicht anerkannt. Zusätzlich ist der Customer Support ausschließlich auf Englisch erreichbar, die Rücksendung erfolgt auf eigene Kosten – und am Ende erhält man kein Geld zurück. Für EU-Kund:innen absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
