I received the dresses and the quality is terrible. From the comments I understand that it is not even worth returning. Lost money. It would be a shame to even sell them somewhere else. I am very angry that someone can sell such shit for a lot of money.

BUYER BE Warned!!! The dresses look nothing like what they advertise and their return policy is rubbish, they do not respond to emails which is the only way to return a product you did not buy! I bought a dress that looks nothing like what was advertised and now I don’t even get a response to the number of emails I have sent. The quality was terrible and looks absolutely nothing like its pictures.

Worst ever
Worst ever. The dress didn’t look at all like the images. Thiiiin fabric. But. Absolutely horrible return policy. Possible yes. But so many steps, emails and then shipping to Slovakia was 300SEK (a lot!) and they don’t reimburse that. I will never recommend them or ever buy from them again. Please don’t do it!

EINE GROSSE ENTTÄUSCHUNG!
Die Kleider sehen auf den Fotos hochwertig aus, in Wirklichkeit ist die Stoffqualität jedoch sehr schlecht und steht für mich in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Ich war ehrlich gesagt schockiert, als ich die Bestellung ausgepackt habe.
Noch enttäuschender war jedoch der Rückgabeprozess. Ich habe zwei Kleider zum vollen Preis gekauft und eines im Rahmen einer “Buy 2 Get 1 Free”-Aktion gratis erhalten. Obwohl ich alle drei Kleider vollständig zurückgeben möchte, wird mir keine Rückerstattung auf meine Kreditkarte angeboten – nur Store Credit.
Zusätzlich muss man den Rückversand selbst bezahlen und es fällt sogar noch eine Restocking Fee an. Diese Einschränkungen waren für mich beim Kauf keineswegs transparent. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich nie bestellt.
Ich habe erst nach meiner Bestellung die vielen ähnlichen Erfahrungen anderer Kundinnen und Kunden gelesen – und ich kann diese bestätigen! Schlechteste Kauf-Erfahrung ever!
Für mich war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr enttäuschend und der Rückgabeprozess extrem kundenunfreundlich. Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen. Mich erstaunt es, dass so ein Laden noch nicht dicht ist.
Auch dass hier auf Trustpilot geantwortet wird, ändert nichts an der Seriosität, ist Teil der Masche und unterstützt diese Scheinheiligkeit. Ich werde in meinem Freundes- und Familienkreis von einer Bestellung warnen und meine Erfahrungen auch in den sozialen Medien teilen, damit andere von dieser miesen Masche wissen. Wenn man bestellt, ist das Geld weg!
