While we always process and ship our orders out as quickly as possible, we cannot control the US Post Office. Since your order is an international one, it takes even more time than to deliver than one the continental US. We have already contacted them on your behalf and there is nothing else we can do right now but wait. We do understand your frustration though as it has taken much longer than anticipated but with Covid and the holidays, the post office is behind on deliveries. If for some reason the order gets lost, we will issue you a refund.

Your order shipped out on Dec. 9th and is in transit to you. Unfortunately, all carriers are falling behind on timely deliveries due to Covid. While it is not our company's fault that there is a delay, we do understand your frustration and do apologize for the inconvenience. You should hopefully receive your order soon.

Your order shipped out on time but unfortunately, it seems to be hung up somewhere in the US postal system. We have already filed a tracer. Hopefully it will show up soon. If not we will replace the order for you. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We cannot control what happens after the carriers pick up the packages but will get it corrected for you.

Unfortunately, the item your ordered is on manufacturer back order. You were notified of this via email and were issued a full refund for your order. In this "new normal", many products are going in and out of back order due manufacturing issues.

We do apologize for the inconvenience but we did ship your order on time via 2nd day as requested. Unfortunately, Fedex did not deliver on time. They are apparently having issues with shipping due to Covid. As we mentioned over the phone and via email, we will issue you a complete refund.

Your order is an international order. Unfortunately, with Covid 19, all carriers are experiencing delays with deliveries. This is especially true with the USPS. Please continue to check the tracking from time to time to see if the order starts moving again.
