This is a good, honest company which sells good products. My experience is rated as a 4 star rather than a five star because my kitty died before I received the medicine I ordered. The medicine did not take an excessive amount of time in arriving and it might not have solved her problem even if it had arrived earlier. It just wasn’t soon enough for her.
The company was willing to return my money, minus the two postage way costs. I chose not to do it because the amount of retuned money after postage costs was not worth it. I’m giving it to a cat shelter.

The price was great but
The price was great. Better than any where I found. I paid the high dollars for shipping on Sunday night but still didn't get it till Friday. Wasn't very happy about that.

Shipping was a little slow
I needed product within the week. It finally arrived the day after I ran out. I have had delivery just as fast, if not faster, from sellers that, unlike this merchant, offered free shipping.

Paid for 8 packs of cat hair ball treats, got 7, last 1 arrived 2 wks later
Shorted me on the order, stuck a note in there promising to ship the missing item “tomorrow” two weeks ago. No response to an email complaint last week. Now I’m off to see if PayPal will help me secure a partial refund. Avoid.
Update: the missing merchandise arrived, albeit rather later than the “tomorrow” promised initially. The merchant is very eager to have me revise this. OK, but there is still no way this qualifies as a 5 star transaction. 4 is my limit. Merchant insists - with great indignation - that they would never short someone intentionally, yet their note in the original order proves that they did exactly that. As for “avoid”, yes, I intend to avoid this seller in the future. So I think the avoid will stand.

We are sorry to hear that you could not contact us. We checked out our incoming emails and do not see your email in reference to the shortage status. The fastest way to contact us is via phone, especially when there is a problem. We actually have people you can talk to during business hours, not just an answering system. If you would have called us the day your wrote this review, you would have found out that the balance had already shipped to you. When we originally shipped your order, we only had 7 of the 8 items in stock. We advised you of this and mentioned that the balance would ship at a later date. The item was on a temporary back order but we did receive it on the 19th and shipped it out the same day. We are a professional company with integrity and would never "short" someone part of their order on purpose. So, your comment to "Avoid" is highly unwarranted.
