We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your order and do apologize for any inconvenience. We did respond to both of your emails and sent you tracking information about your order. We mentioned that the order was shipped out on time and it was in the hands of the US Postal service. Since it is an international order shipping via First Class Mail, it can take several weeks to be delivered. We explained this to you in one of the emails. The tracking shows that it is on the way to you. There is nothing more we can do at this time except wait. If the order is lost we will either reship the order or issue you a refund

The product that was ordered was "Artificial Tears Ophthalmic Ointment, 3.5gm", so if that is what you received, the order was shipped correct. Please check your email for your order confirmation as you will see that the order was for the ointment. If you do not want the ointment, please call us at 877-425-5838 so we can help you return the product.

I ordered a Spectra Shield tick tag on March 22 - from the tracking, it doesn't appear that the USPS even has it in their system. I have gotten another tick protection product from my Vet - I will probably return this when and IF it ever arrives.

The order appears to be "stuck" somewhere in the USPS system. It did ship out on time as we have it as "shipped" in our logs. We will look into this further and get back to you. In the future, please contact us right away if the order is not delivered within a week of being placed.

My order was shipped to the wrong address. Instead of shipping out a new product they wanted me to pay for another one while we waited on the shipment to be returned to them. I asked for a refund, they told me I would be refunded when the shipment made it back to them. I still have not been refunded, my order was placed in October of 2020. The customer service is so bad I got tired of calling and talking to the same women who refused to make it right.

I ordered DMSO and paid an insane shipping rate 4X (nearly $40!) the cost of the product to send it only from Miami to Winter Haven, FL. How difficult is this??? An employee could have walked it there by now! The person I ordered it for, Aldi, STILL has no DMSO. Fix this!

Your order was cancelled because the shipping address did not match the billing address of the credit card being used for the order. In order to reduce the risk of fraud, our policy requires that we verify the identity of the person placing an order when the shipping address is different than the billing address. We contacted you three times via email, on 2/23, 2/24 and 2/25. We received no response so the order was cancelled. The funds were never captured and the authorization was reversed. Also, the order total was $24.04 not $40.00. The method of shipping is chosen by the customer and for this particular order you could have chosen USPS which would have had a cost of $8.25. I ordered verbatim tick collar on 2/20/21, and paid through PayPal. I received the collar with expiration date of 2/2021. I call their customer service, she informed me they had a large warehouse, was not aware of discrepancy, and would credit my account on PayPal that day. As of March 2, still did not receive credit, called again, as we were talking after putting me on hold, she said “oh I have credited your account already just hasn’t been reflected yet. Apparently they do not know PayPal system because PayPal send email immediately upon receipt of credit. Oh by the way, she did credit me, as we were talking on March 2. I will not deal with this company again, and people should watch their accts to ensure they actually do what is required instead of telling people lies!

We were sorry to hear that you had an issue with your order. That particular item is a problem because the exp. date is lightly etched on the foil pouch it comes in. In turn that pouch is enclosed in a box. We should have opened the box and checked the date. While we always try and get every order right, at times things are missed. We do apologize for that. As for your refund, it was processed and funded already. It sometimes takes a a few days for the department that handles refunds to process them. You may keep and use the product as it will be effective for months after the expiration date .

The web page would not let me use my credit card to order, so I called customer service. She told me she would put the order in Monday, as it needed to be shipped refrigerated and with 2 day delivery. I had Wednesday off, which should have been the delivery date. It was not put in until Tuesday and still (as of Saturday) has not arrived. I also had to pay extra shipping for each bottle, even though they were all in the same box. So I have paid $60 for 2 day shipping which never happened. I have no way of knowing if the box has consistently been refrigerated and if the meds will still be good. I will never order from this company again.

We had looked into your order and unfortunately the 2 day delivery did not happen. I am sure you are aware of all the bad weather that has been going on in the US. This has apparently caused all carriers to have issues with deliveries. The order shipped the 23rd and should have been delivered the 25th. We cannot control what the carriers do with the order after they take the packages. We can only try and correct any errors or delays that happen. Please contact us as we will need to issue you a refund credit on this order.
